Community Resources
Several publications provide lists of resources and services that may help frail seniors and their family caregivers get the information and assistance they need.
The Larimer County Office on Aging provides a guide to local services that can be requested as a hardcopy from the OOA office at 498-7551 or downloaded from their searchable website at larimer.co.networkofcare.org/aging. This same site has current lists of subsidized housing, assisted, independent living and nursing facilities, as well as retirement communities.
The Elder Care Network of Northern Colorado also has a page of links to a variety of community resources for caregivers of frail elders.
