Foundation on Aging Birthday Celebration The Foundation on Aging (FOA) serves as the fiscal administrator for the work of the Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities. Immediately following the Summit , FOA will host a fundraising celebration of its 29th birthday with hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine, music, and good conversation.
